On Demand course Terms and Conditions

Due to the nature of On Demand courses instant access, all On Demand courses are non refundable. If you purchase a course with kit please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch. You will be notified if there will be a delay in sending your kit for any reason, delays are not a reason to entitle you to a refund as you will have access to the digital part of the course while you await your kit. Every effort will be made to dispatch your kit as quickly as possible.

Bookings

All bookings must be paid in advance of the start date.

Payments

Bookings and payment are to be made using the Cademy online payment system which takes payments via Stripe.

Changes or cancellations

If you find yourself unable to attend your class and you inform us more than 28 days in advance, we can offer a full refund.

If cancellation is made less than 28 days before your class, we are unable to offer a refund or move you to another class.

Non-attendance

Non-attendance of classes due to illness or for personal or professional reasons is not an automatic right to a refund, extra tuition or a transfer. Due to the costs involved to run the class we are unable to refund course fees in the event you do not turn up on the day.

Running late

Late arrivals can impact the progress of the class, so please aim to be on time. Late comers will be brought up to date as soon as a free moment arises so as not to impact the learning of students already in attendance.

Minimum class numbers

We require a minimum of 4 students to be booked for any class in order to proceed with this class/workshop. We may choose to run a class with less than 4 bookings, but we reserve the right to reschedule under-subscribed classes.

Cancellations by us

In the unlikely event when a class must be cancelled or postponed if a class is under-subscribed, we will give you a minimum of 7 days notice.

In the event of unavoidable circumstances or emergency cancellation you will be given as much notice as possible.

We will not be liable for any other costs, including travel or expenses that you may incur.

In the event of cancellation by us you will be offered an alternative date, credit for the cost of your class towards a new class or a full refund of your payment. You can also opt for a partial refund of the course cost (£50) and have your class kit (valued at £35) sent out to you in the post for no additional cost.

Are there any age limits?
For insurance reasons anyone over the age of 18 is very welcome.

Do you take group bookings?
Yes, we are more than happy to take a group, up to a maximum of 8. Please contact Emma directly if you would like a course for your group, she will try to block one out for you or discuss a separate date. See contact details below. (Group bookings have a minimum of 6)
